Current Status of the shop: December 2024
Open and ready to take orders.
Any orders made after the 6th of December will be posted in late January, early February 2025 as I’ll be away from my studio. You can order to your heart’s content during December but will have to wait for dispatch in 2025. Thank you for understanding.
Orders will be dispatched and processed up until the 6th of Decemeber. Shop will still take orders after that but dispatch will be put on hold until late January.
Canada: All Canadian orders are on hold due to Canadian post strikes.
I want to place an order! What do I need to know before I do?
Thank you for your interest! My store is based in the UK but we ship worldwide, so you can place an order with us to wherever you’re based. If you do place an order from outside of the UK, please bear in mind that you may have to pay customs/taxes/VAT to receive your order.
I just placed an order! How long will it take to ship?
Thank you so much for the support! Under normal circumstances, I ship orders once a week, so the maximum wait time between placing your order and your order shipping out is 7 days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email and if you paid for tracked delivery it will be sent with your tracking number attached for you to follow it’s progress. Please note: After a new drop (as noted on our announcement bar), it can take much much longer than this for your order to ship!! If you have placed an order during a release time, please bear with me as it can take up to 2-3 weeks for your order to ship out - we are a small operation and we promise I am working on getting your items out to you as fast as possible!
My order has shipped! How long will it take to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on which country you have placed an order to. Please bear in mind that we are at the mercy of the mail service, and these estimates are subject to change based on the current situation in the UK and your given country. As such, these are only estimates and I appreciate your patience!
UK: All UK orders are sent first class - they should ordinarily arrive within a week from your ship date.
Europe: Most orders to Europe arrive 1-3 weeks from ship date, though sometimes they can take slightly longer to clear customs. We expect orders to Europe to take no longer than 5 weeks in the most extreme circumstances.
USA: Most orders to the USA arrive 3-5 weeks from ship date, though sometimes they can take slightly longer to clear customs. I expect orders to the USA to take no longer than 6 weeks in the most extreme circumstances.
Zone 1: For orders to North America (excluding the USA), South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia, most orders arrive within 3-6 weeks. Certain countries in this zone can take between 7-9 weeks in the most extreme circumstances.
Zone 2: For orders to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and certain Pacific Islands most orders arrive within 2-5 weeks. Certain countries in this zone can take between 6-8 weeks in the most extreme circumstances.
I entered some information incorrectly on my order (wrong item/size chosen, error in address etc.) - can you fix it?
I can only make changes to your order if you contact us before you receive your shipping confirmation email! If we do not hear from you until after your order has shipped, there will be nothing we can do from that point. Please always double check your order confirmation email to ensure all your details are correct! This email offers you a chance to check over all of your order information and as such, we accept no responsibility for orders lost/incorrect due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
My address was incorrect and I didn’t let you know before my order shipped and so my order has been lost/is being returned to sender! What happens now?
In cases where delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the customer rather than an error made by us or the postal service, I am more than happy to re-ship your order however I will need to charge an additional postage fee to do so. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact me and I’ll walk you through this process! (Similarly if delivery is attempted but cannot be completed and the parcel is sent to your local depot, if you fail to collect it we will also need to charge an additional postage fee to re-ship the order.)
I submitted an order/store query through the ‘Store: Contact’ page! When can I expect to hear back?
If you have submitted a form to contact me about an order or store query through the ‘Store: Contact’ page, it shouldn’t take more than 3 days for you to recieve a response from us. If you haven’t received a response within this time frame, please check your spam folder! (Please note: If you contact me via any other method than the ‘Store: Contact’ page, it will take much longer for us to respond to your query!)
My order hasn’t arrived! What should I do?
If I am out of the expected shipping time frame to your country (as given above), please contact me through the ‘Contact’ page on my website and I’ll get back to you within 3 days to check the status of your order! If your item is marked as delivered on your tracking information but you don’t have it, please contact me as soon as possible. I cannot take responsibility for packages lost/stolen after they have been delivered and cannot offer a refund in these cases, but we usually can offer a replacement parcel to an alternate address. Please note: If you contact us 6 months or more after your order was placed to let us know it never arrived, we will not be able to offer a refund and may not be able to offer a replacement.
Do you accept returns?
Under most circumstances, no. I am happy to offer an exchange if the tee you’ve ordered does not fit properly or you’d prefer it in a different size. For this, please contact me directly through my ‘Contact’ page and I’ll organise this for you. Please note: If you’d like an exchange, the cost of returning the item(s) will need to be covered by you (and shipped with tracking). I do not offer refunds unless an item is demonstrably defective.
I’m interested in an item but it’s out of stock! Will it be back?
If an item is listed as limited, it means I won’t restock it at any point in the future so grab one asap if you’re interested! If not, it is entirely possible that I may restock the item at some point, though it can often take a few months between printings. If there is an item you’re particularly interested in, make sure you add your name to the waiting list form of the item you want and the site will email you when it gets restocked.
